Flammable Limits:  No known fire hazard.

Swallowed:

Capable of causing irritation if swallowed.

Eye:

Capable of causing irritation.

Skin:

The product is considered relatively harmless on the skin.

Inhaled:

Available information indicates that there is little or no hazard when vapours from the Product are inhaled.

Section 07 First Aid

Swallowed:

Immediately remove product from the mouth, and give water to drink to effectively dilute the product. Contact a Doctor or the Poisons Information Centre in your capital city for further advice.

Eye:

If in eyes, hold eyes open, flood with water for at least 15 minutes and seek medical attention if effects persist.

Skin:

If skin contact occurs, remove contaminated clothing and wash skin thoroughly.

Inhaled:

Treat symptomatically.

The use of rubber gloves is also recommended for prolonged use.

The product poses no flammability hazard.

Section 09 Safe Handling Information

Storage and transport:

No special storage requirements. No special transport precautions are needed.

Spills and disposal:

Spillages are slippery. Keep spectators away - rope off the area. Absorb with dry earth, sand or a similar material, shovel up and dispose of in an area approved by local authority by-laws. Residues may be safely flushed to the drain, if permitted. Incineration of disposed material is not recommended, as it is unlikely to adequately burn.

Fire / explosion hazard:

The product is non-combustible; however, the packaging material may burn to emit noxious fumes. Fire fighters should wear self-contained breathing apparatus to minimise risk of exposure to vapour or products of combustion. Extinguish fires with water spray, foam, carbon dioxide or dry chemical powder.

Other information:

The product is water based and is fully miscible with water. Use in final rinse. DO NOT use with soap or any other product. DO NOT pour undiluted product directly on to clothes - dilute it first. DO NOT use a fabric softener if the water supply is discoloured.
